As places are limited and demand is high, applications should only be submitted by those who have secured approval from their line manager or supervisor and can commit to attending all three days of the programme in full. Applicants should discuss the training with their manager in advance and confirm that they will be released from their work responsibilities for the duration of each training day. Late withdrawals and non-attendance have a significant impact on workshop numbers and can prevent places being offered to colleagues on waiting lists who are ready and available to attend. We therefore ask participants to honour their commitment to the programme once a place has been allocated. If circumstances change and attendance is no longer possible, participants should notify the training team at the earliest opportunity.
